Shattuck-St. Mary's School Tours and Activities

Extremely helpful desk staff, sometimes you just can't figure out the super-safe stove. Every time I needed something the answers were prompt and accurate. Pool area was well maintained and very nice. Overall this be a repeat stay when we come this way again.

Very nice stay, my only complaint was the lack of staff interaction with regards to another patron staying at the hotel who thought the breakfast area was a place to use profanity while on the phone while children were present, my granddaughter being one. The language was so vulgar I had to take my granddaughter and leave before finishing breakfast. Other patrons also left. There were two staff members present in the breakfast area while this took place. I also complained to front desk but still nothing done.
