Room was clean but small. Only 1 chair (not very comfortable) in a room with a king-size bed makes it not very inviting in the daytime. Needs another chair. No hand soap at the sink. No hair dryer. No place to hang coats or other garments. Hard to find the spot to access hot water in the shower. Bed needed heavier blanket. About as basic as accommodations get. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a beautiful and unique property located in the heart of Minneapolis on the Mississippi river. It is beautiful, nostalgic, great place to eat, and a great place to walk around. I would go back.

We stayed here for our wedding and we loved the room. It was clean, spacious, and it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. It was really cozy. I also love that they’re pet friendly. The only cons to staying here is that i had an issue after booking that I needed to talk to them about and their phone line was unreachable. Also, be aware that there is no parking lot, it is paid parking. The ramp is very secure though. The staff was also very kind.

"The staff and customer service were excellent and helpful. However, the hotel seems tired, old and well used. Pillows were old and used. Scuff marks present, chips of paint missing, hole in the shower wall were noticed. Friends door did not close all the way in the hallway. Needs an update and attention ..."
