« We take a yearly trip to Canada. On our way home we stay here every year (halfway point). Rooms are consistently clean. Staff are amazing. This year we had an issue with a friend's trailer. The staff allowed us to leave trailer in lot well beyond check out as we traveled back to Minneapolis to get another trailer. Assured us that video would capture anything around our trailer. « From the outside, it looks like a truckers motel. Right next to a truck stop. Duh. When I checked there was no one at the desk and access to the rooms was wide open. No interior security. The room itself was ok. Bathroom was eh. The shower was not very strong. The supplied soap and shampoo, dried my skin out terribly so. The one shinning star in this was, I lost my room key and had to wake the host up after 1:30am. They did come and get me into my room and issued another key. Found...

« This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were. »

« My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either. »

« Hotel très mal tenu. Très très sale. Tout est cassé, abîmé. Le ménage n'est pas bien fait des cotons tiges sales traînent sur le sol. Moquette et couvre lit sales. Crasseux, miteux. En travaux en plus partout des ordures trainent. Une honte surtout ne vous arrêtez pas ici. Petit dejeuner immonde, dégoûtant.... Jamais vu un Hôtel aussi répugnant. »
