"The tiny house itself was great and the facilities were fine, however the location was not what we expected. The house is located in a backyard 20 metres away from the main house, looking into the neighbours driveway. All of the towels and clothes were stained and the barbecue was full of filthy water. The property was also very difficult to find as there was no signage and the house number was quite small. "It saddens us to have to write a negative review but honesty is important: communications with both Tiny Away and the location contacts were terrible (slow, bot-like, unapologetic, or no response at all; although Bronwyn was lovely); the toilet didn't work (we had to go into town to use a public toilet because we didn't get any response or assistance from the location contact); the outside furniture was in disarray; the photos advertised did not reflect the property (not even sure it's the same...

Discovery Parks - Byron Bay

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed in a Deluxe Glamping style tent, which was well thought out and presented. A nice sized front balcony with a bbq on the exterior and an equipped interior kitchenette. Small lounge and internal dining table made the stay comfortable, with the bonus of split cycle air conditioning for heating or cooling. Great location, not too far from the central area of Byron Bay but far enough for peace and quiet. Easy check in/out processes and friendly staff. Would recommend this place for a great priced alternative to staying in central Byron! "
