« The place was filthy, stains on the carpet dirty windows. Broken doors & the garden was over grown so couldn't use it. Also 2 cars in garden that host said were being moved, but after looking properly in to it they have been there for months. Photos used in the advert on website are years old, from when the property was sold 2 years ago, so very misleading. Had no communication from host. Would not recommend staying here at all. We were very disappointed. »

Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. « Location was excellent. Very quiet, plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Bedrooms were a good size. Great amount of crockery and cutlery for our family of nine. Prompt responses from our host.Weather was mild so heating was adequate, no central heating for colder weather. No a/c. Backyard was overgrown so we didn't go outside. Ensuite looked tired and there was architrave missing over door.Breakfast provisions were some cereal, tea, coffee. No milk, juice, bread, etc. »

« The property is in a great location, leafy older suburb with stunning old and new houses, close to shops, restaurants and tourist spots. The 3 bedrooms all gave queen beds. The share bathroom even has an TV so you can have a bath and not miss out. We were guests in winter so didn’t use the outdoors which was well setup fir casual drinks and dinner »
