The property was a fantastic location for getting to town and tallows beach. The property sits alongside the national park and so it was lovely to sit outside with a coffee in the morning, very peaceful and relaxing. And some of the furniture was also a bit ricketty, Ikea-style. Every time I opened the curtains the rod would fall off as it was so light. From the minute we checked in we felt relaxed and the property was the right fit for the 3 of us and perfect combination of quite but close to everything type of stay, thats what we needed. There are beautiful touches throughout the property and outdoor space is lush and we actually dozed off in the outdoor bed one evening ☺️ ! One thing to remember is that beach entry for the dog is not the track near property, we had to drive 2 mins to south for the entry point allowed for dogs. We didn’t mind it at all. And if you are traveling without a pet then you will love the close proximity to beach, just 3-4 mins walk! Well maintained and clean and a bottle of sparkling waiting for us. The owner Jayme was very helpful with recommendations on where to have lunch with our dog. The only constructive feedback I would make is regarding the garden space outside the house. It is a big green space for the dog (unfenced) but is also a grassy verge leading onto the National Park. This space is used as a public walkway with quite a few people walking past the property to access the beach or just to go for a stroll. If your dog is friendly and wants to say hi to everybody you will spend your time calling them back, and unfortunately not everybody walking past wants a dog saying hello!
