"This was a great house to stay in for our large family. There was plenty of room for everyone (three floors!) and the house was nicely remodeled. The house is conveniently located near a stop for the train and near several good restaurants (make sure to eat at Bongo Cafe). In addition, the owner was very accommodating for my request of an early check in and responded quickly to my messages. I highly recommend staying here!"

"I normally stay in hotels, but for this trip I couldn't find one that worked well in this neighborhood, so I "took a chance" on Chicago Guest House. Winner! This place is on a wonderful residential block in the Wrigley Field area. The unit itself (3rd floor) is a beautifully maintained, charming, three bedroom apartment. "Husband/wife/teen needed a place for a weekend stay near Northwestern. The teen slept on the couch and was comfortable. Street parking was never a problem. It IS a basement property and you can expect some noise from neighbors above, but it wasn’t overly intrusive during our stay. Host very responsive and accessible. Worked out great for our needs."
