"The room was amazing & the view even better! Driving up to the illuminated castle was magical, when we arrived it was dark & we didnt see a single person. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I loved the integration of modern convenience & styling while keeping the historical feel of the castle. "Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen. Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"My wife and I stayed for five nights from 14-19 November. Everything about our stay was brilliant, from the initial welcome by the concierge Anthony, the wonderful check-in staff and the housekeeping team, we could not fault it. I am a wheelchair user and the hotel exceeded my expectations considerably. Our room (169) was huge, appropriately adapted and clean. The quality of the breakfast and dinner was very high with service to match. Staff seemed to go to any length to ensure our experience was positive and they succeeded in that. I doubt there can be a more centrally located hotel if it is theatres and the landmarks of London you are looking for. We will definitely return should my health permit. "

"Room very clean. Staff very helpful. Bat closes at 11.30 even for Residents would suggest a Might Porter as used to be. Breakfast selection was very good , entry into dining room for breakfast was chaotic."

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating—especially with our small children. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, which was convenient. The location of the hotel is excellent, with everything you need nearby, including the train station. They even provide umbrellas, which is a lifesaver with how often it rains in London. We would highly recommend this hotel!"
