Great hotel, close to everything. The pool was really nice and the beds were comfortable.

Very happy with the room and treatment

Our room was renovated and was very smart. The view of the sea is incredible and is just out the door. The only negative was that the bed squeaked.

friendly attentive staff, the room was clean, easy check in/out.. love this place!

A great place to stay. Wish I stayed more than one night. Will definitely come back again, clean, spacious, great customer service, owner was amazing, quiet and close to home everything. Thank you!!

Beautiful Inn. Stayed for Valentine's day, and had an amazing, romantic dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the location is perfect, right across the road from the beach. Will definitely go back again!

Beautiful place, convenient location, there’s is a beach nearby with amazing sunset

This was a beautiful property and our room was fabulous. It was large, stately and had a soaking tub over looking bay. My only regret was going off season and not being able to enjoy our accommodations to the fullest.

The unit had a beautiful view, was spacious, and was sparkling clean. It was private and we enjoyed watching the water from the cozy window-side chairs. Front desk very responsive. Overall, a relaxing time, and we will happily return.

Every time I am in Parksville, I enjoy staying here , considered best value of money

The service we received (we were a group of 8 in 4 rooms) at check in was 'the best'. We were all checked in within minutes of arriving as the desk person had everything ready when we arrived. The rooms were very well equipped and very clean. Each room had it's very own parking which made it nice for unpacking. The way the hotel is situated off the highway made for a very quite sleep.

We love the continental breakfast! The staff were amazing and so helpful.

I've stayed in many different places for lengthy work trips, but this has definitely been among the best. Though the building may not seem like much from the outside, the suites are exceptional and provide everything required to be a home-away-from-home. Covered parkade and an elevator, good little restaurant nearby, short walk to the beach. The staffare exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to ensure you are content with your stay. I didn't have much in the way of expectations, but...

What nice location, superb view & very neat and clean property.

So nice to have a spot we could do laundry mid-camping vacation and wait out some rain. The kitchen was great, the room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.
