"We loved the large King suite. The complementary Happy Hour wine was lovely and the coffee was delicious. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great - walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the river walk. We will definitely be back!"

"Our room was clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were always asking if there was anything they could for us. When their top chef was on duty, the breakfast was great. Claudio parked and retrieved our car and was helpful with local advice. He set the good tone for all that followed during our stay. The front desk was friendly and flexible and dealt with my needs before and after my hernia repair surgery, making sure my linen was freshly changed on the day I left the hospital and returned to the Dossier. I've mentioned Claudio in this review yet there were many others who were very helpful too but I can't recall their names! All in all my wife and I had a very pleasant stay which helped my recovery go as smoothly as it did."

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. The price is very affordable and the location has a lot of walkability. The parking is the biggest challenge with a very small and tight main lot. And especially challenging when a full size truck camps out and blocks the driveway for 45 minutes…"

"The room was great although light on drawers if you like to unpack like we do. The restaurant downstairs and the front desk had friendly and helpful staff. Best of all, there are three free pinball machines in the lobby! Fun to play anytime and a great conversation starter with fellow guests."

"I loved the decor and the lobby area. I also liked the daily credit for breakfast or something else. I wish there had been a coffee maker in the room instead of having to schlepp down to the restaurant half asleep to get my coffee fix but they do give you the option of requesting a coffee maker in your room. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Location was super convenient. Some nice bars, restaurants and food trucks nearby."

"The hotel lobby is great! The room was clean and comfortable. If I want to be picky, I can say that the fitted sheet had a little hole , and the bottom drawer of the credenza wasn’t latching and kept opening.which could be a hazard. Both things, easy fix and did not affect my experience "
