"The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again.
