Man sieht im Hotel kein Personal und hat keinen persönlichen Ansprechpartner. Der Self-check-in erfolgt an einem Bildschirm am Tor, das Problem dabei ist, dass man aufgrund der schlechten Anzeige kaum etwas lesen kann.
