Staff was courteous as always and helpful when needed. The room was quite dusty, the bed, picture and mirror ledges needed a wipe. Our stay was quite noist this time bur you cant control unruly guest with no reapect for others. The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed during our stay.

The bed was good , the pillows were like couch cushions A lot of rooms booked with Expedia , they put you right at the elevator. They should use those rooms as pop machine, vending, exercise, laundry , storage etc.

The property has declined significantly over the last 6 months, the hallways and elevator were not kept very clean. Room was ok, the bed was clean at least. Woke up to what sounded like the staff having a party while they were cleaning next door. We used to stay at this hotel every time we visited Edmonton. This was our last time staying there.

Public areas like the elevator smelled like puke and was just dirty. It was gross. The hotel has potential but they could definitely use some renovations. Restaurant had good food though.
