2/5 - Disappointing
It was disappointing. The shower didn’t work, there was a crack near the heater so cold and hot air was blowing so it made the room a weird temperature

Writing was ok except bar and restaurant

Front desk on checkout tried to charge me service despite paying it on arrival, the man was very rude when I queried it, shouldn't be working there

shuttle needs to be more accessible, otherwise impossible to get from terminal to this hotel!!!!!
Great place to stay and easy to get to all attractions by subway.Lots to see in Queens.Friendly people
There is a lot of construction in the area for LaGuardia airport. The hotel is close to the airport but awkward to get to the hotel because of it.
Only stayed as a stopover between flights. Extremely busy area with lots of traffic and hustle and bustle day and night. Was a bit concerned because had to walk outside alone late at night on 2 occassions but ended up feeling quite safe.
Super convenient if flying in/out of LaGuardia
