"Property needed a deep clean. I sneezed a lot and had black dust come out of my nose. Heating didn’t work sometimes and the room was quite cold. I booked through Expedia and check out said 11 am and I wasn’t told any check out time by the owner. On the morning of check out a cleaner knocked at the door and we shouted we were still inside. Lovely stay
"Lovely welcome with help with bags offered without asking. Good service for food and drink on the evening and a lovely breakfast. My only slight ‘gripe’ is the hour allocation for the use of the spa area. I understand it’s to keep the number of people in the area limited but we got a bright orange ‘all inclusive type’ bracelet to wear and it just seemed the only part of the trip that was a little unnecessary. However, the spa facilities were also lovely although we could only use certain facilities. Gorgeous room with a complementary upgrade and Elmis toiletries suppled. I would definitely return! "
