The hotel is lovely with a surprisingly good breakfast and meal options, but the real gem are the people who work there, several of whom went out of their way to help me when I locked myself out of my room, broke my phone charger, or needed to print my presentation. They are truly wonderful people who made what would have been a lovely stay into a truly remarkable one.

Lovely staff. They noticed it was my daughter's birthday and put balloons and a card in the room for her. Very thoughtful. Property is clean and location is great. Highly recommend!

Didn’t receive any VIP property. Felt the staff could have been more friendlier. The condition of the room was awful. Champagne cork, medicine packets from previous guests. Bed sheets had holes in. Toilet didn’t flush. Noise was an issue to. Used to love it here and it’s always been great. Gone downhill. Not sure if this is a freak visit.
