"Had a fantastic weekend at the Ramside whilst visiting friends in the area. Room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. Lovely view across the green to the treehouses. Very quiet we will definitely be back "
"A lovely hotel in the most perfect of areas for exploring everything Durham. A little more tea and little checks of the room would’ve made it super. Only other slight disappointment was only small amounts of fruit at breakfast. Everything else was lovely including staff and general upkeep of hotel itself. Thank you for a great stay"

"We have just returned from 1 night stay at Royal station hotel ,. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. On arrival we were checked in smoothly although our room was not ready the girl at reception was very helpful stating we could leave luggage .
We were given an upgraded room which was beautiful. We both prefer the old buildings with a little character.
Breakfast next morning was lovely, self service , food was hot and tasty.
We have stayed here many times when we visit Newcastle and will definitely be returning very soon. "
