Clean, tidy and efficient room with everything you would need for a one night stay. Location is only a 10 minute walk from Grafton Street. Good price for location and friendly staff.

We had such a lovely and warm greeting by the hotel staff when we arrived. Keiron gave us a full run down and took care of us when we went to the bar for dinner later that night. However, I'm sad to say that the room was not great. Bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom offered very little space to put things. The one shelf was small and it was on a hinge so things kept falling off. TV did not work, apart from 1 channel. It was raining and we just wanted to chill in the room and watch something...but no luck. Finally, so many switches that we must have forgotten to turn "on" the hot water on our departure day and had to endure cold showers. Dublin is expensive so likely the amenities reflected the price we paid. Just hoped for a bit more...again, no reflection on our host. He and his colleagues at the bar made us feel very welcome! Hotel just needs a bit of an upgrade.

We had a lovely stay at the Draper Rooms. The room was clean and a good size but was a little dark. We had an evening meal and we couldn’t fault it. It was good value for money. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would stay again if we were in Dublin.

The Draper Rooms is a good option for exploring Dublin. Walkable to Merrion Square, St Stephen's Green & Museums. The rooms are above O'Connor's of Mount Street pub but our room was quiet & private. O'Connor's is a lively pub with good food and nice staff.Woykd stay here again.

My stay was during a September weekend. The woman who checked me in was helpful and brought an electric fan to my room. This is Ireland, so most places are nor air conditioned. It made the room comfortable. The bed was comfortable, street noise subsided by bedtime. My short stay was restful.

Great Stay
Loved the location - not too busy or noisy and a short walk to the main tourist areas. The pub downstairs is very convenient for food or drinks and the service is friendly. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, we had the "room is free for servicing" sign hanging on our door each morning but no one ever came in to clean the room. It wasn't a huge issue since we only stayed a few nights, but by the end we were running out of shampoo/soap. Overall, great value for the price and would definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in Dublin.

It was close to the Aviva Stadium and able to leave bags in prior to check-in. You have a key card for the main door so you come and go as necessary without the need to engage any staff. Staff are inly there when the bar/restaurant is open but this was not an issue and would happily return.

We loved our stay at Draper Rooms. Perfect all around. We had such a great time eating at O'Connor's Pub right next door to to Draper Rooms. Service was great and so were the other customers. Room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary accessories. Only bad thing was that we were only staying one night before our tour. I would advise anyone to plan on at least a 2 nights stay!

The staff were great and very helpful, the pub was interesting and good value for the money. We had rooms 2 and 3, just overlooking the street. Very, very noisy, however, with some drunk outdoor punters staying and talking below our window for three hours after the pub closed. Would highly recommend getting other rooms at the back of the hotel.

We arrived much earlier than we anticipated and were at the hotel very early. We called the number on the door and the person drove over to take our luggage within 15 minutes. So friendly and helpful to make our day so much easier! It was clean and the bar below was fun and the food great! We were all so glad we stayed there

Draper Rooms was great! The rooms provided a comfortable and clean stay, and the staff were exceptional land very friendly. The hotel's location in Dublin's city centre is perfect for exploring the city's attractions and restaurants and was in a safe and beautiful area. Overall, I highly recommend Draper Rooms Dublin for a fantastic stay in Dublin.

Superb
It was perfect and more! Room and accommodations were perfect for my one night stay. Location is superb as I walked everywhere, St Patrick’s cathedral, Trinity College and Temple bar for the touristy photos. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I had not brought a charger for Ireland as I was passing through Dublin to continue my trip to Paris, I was lended a charger instantly. I was given recommendations for dinner and drinks, Debby at the bar is kind and helpful. The fact that the pub is downstairs was exactly what I needed, an authentic Irish place to eat and soak up the culture. I highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing I liked. Very very expensive! Extremely poor quality towels and thin thin toilet paper, one very tiny small piece of soap! Loud and noisy! Thin walls. Never saw a staff member except when I left the room key card. Neighborhood non descript.No breakfast served at property. Worst hotel in my 60 years of travel. AVOID! Much much better hotels in centre Dublin at less price, example: Hilton Garden Inn by River Liffy.

Hi Michael,I'm very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are a small, family-run hotel above a pub, and don't pretend to be a fancy spot, but we do want our guests to be comfortable. We don't have a front desk at the hotel, but as I said when I checked you in (and spent quite a bit of time with you), the staff at the pub downstairs are there to assist guests and guests can always reach us by phone if they need anything. You also told me you would be quite happy without fresh towels so housekeeping need not worry, however our house keeper did speak with you twice, checking in to make sure you were comfortable and didn't need anything. We're surprised by your review considering you seemed quite happy and content during your stay.We pride ourselves on keeping our rates low and on par with other similar hotels in Dublin. The hotel that you suggested has rates at double the price than ours, according to Expedia.Again, we're sorry to hear you weren't happy with your stay, however I don't believe you've given a fair representation of our hotel. The property was located a short walk to all we wanted to see. The room was spacious and clean. If you are a light sleeper noise might be an issue since it is located next to a busy street.

Stayed at Draper Rooms only for one night before we flew out of Dublin Airport, but what a perfect room to rest our bodies! Located above a pub (yummy food and drink!) it was easy for us to have a meal and settle in early. The only bit of trouble was leaving so early in the morning and not having access to the elevator during the hours of 2am-8am.

Great place!!!
This place was located above such a cute and authentic pub (somehow still was quiet in our rooms). We got a drink there one evening and loved it. The people who work there were an older and younger gentleman. We only met the older gentleman once and he was helpful, and the younger one was very nice. We actually stayed one night, left for a friends wedding for two days, then came back for another night and he remembered us and asked how the wedding was. Great drinks and food at the pub. Little warm in our room but that wasn't a big deal. Clean, good toiletries, coffee in room and very comfortable. It was within walking distance to popular shopping places, the canal, a park, Oscar Wilde house and good food in Dublin.

The guy that booked us in was so nice and incredibly helpful. The rooms have clearly been refurbed very recently. Lovely rooms, spotlessly clean. My only gripe is that my room on the top floor was as hot as hell in this weather and when I left the next morning I found a row of fans on the floor below by the stairs. I’d have given my right arm for a fan the night before!!

Quaint place, in a great location near many sites of interest and yet away from the congestion. We love that it's above a pub, then worried that it'll be loud but thankfully it wasn't. People are friendly. Great spot to stay in Dublin.

A nice place with a comfortable room and great location. They don't have 24hr check in, so when I arrived at 11:30am there was nobody to answer the door and only a phone number to call. As I didn't have a functioning phone, I had to go to a nearby restaurant for an hour before I was checked in. The pub downstairs is also quite noisy and you could hear the bass until midnight. Otherwise a lovely place, with very warm people running it.
