She spam messaged a lot on WhatsApp, Facebook and Vrbo prior to the booking to give tips and info but it was stressful communication. She's now mentioned she will take my advice and create a pdf welcome doc. Cameras in all communal areas, even above outdoor shower. Downstairs room was unfinished. No rules or...

"Marco's home is very pretty and decorated with taste. It is located in the heart of beautilful Chora with restaurants and shops just around the corner. The view from the terrace is great. Marco and Krissa were always warm, kind and helpful. We had a great time."

"We stayed in Ulivo for a week in September 2014, and we absolutely loved it! Fantastic location with great views, and the house was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Marco, the owner, was very kind in giving us lots of information on the island, and very discreet. If you are planning a visit, try to catch the ferry that arrives at/leaves from Egiali port, because the road to and from Katapola port is quite tiring into the night."

"Pros: What we most enjoyed during our stay was how close Zeus House was to all the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Filoti, everything was just a short stroll away. The house itself had all the comforts and amenities of a traditional home, adding a truly authentic touch to our experience. The owners, who live in the village, were friendly and approachable, helped with recommendations and it was lovely to see them around from time to time. "I can’t say enough about Gianni, the property manager! He was always available to bring us anything we needed, answer whatever questions we had, help us come up with a a great plan to see the island and help us with our luggage when we arrived and when we had to depart at midnight! "

"Wonderful private spot at the base of Aperanthos. Helpful host and nice welcoming gift of Raki. A little tough to find at first but our mistake in not getting better directions. Clean, quiet and calming."
