Recherche d’hôtels − Town of Italy

« Upon arrival we found a clean, peaceful property with a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room and bedroom. The entrance foyer and sitting/dining area was warm and inviting. Outside we discovered a comfortable campfire area with a walking space including a small pond. Each evening we were serenaded by frogs and insects into a soothing sleep. We were awakened gently by cool air and sunshine. Penn Yan has a general store which we visited on the way down, providing all of our...

« My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring the area and hiking. The cabin was about 40 minutes from Watkins Glen State Park, and the drive was easy and scenic. We really enjoyed our stay! The unpaved roads added to the adventure rather than being a nuisance. The wildlife was a joy to see, and relaxing by the campfire under the stars at night was so peaceful and serene. The cabin was beautiful, and the bed was super cozy. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for...

« A perfect location & house for family activities!Comfortable rooms, well-designed layout for gathering during the day & privacy at night. »

« Everything was perfect for our stay! The hosts were great communicating everything we would need to know. The beds were comfortable, one evening was very hot upstairs with the bedroom door closed but the next day we ran the A/C unit and put a fan in front of it to pump the cool air into the room and it worked perfectly. It was very clean and we will be back! »

« Convenient, clean and comfortable home secluded away but close enough to the action! My wife and I LOVED our stay here and would definitely come back! Our favorite part was quite mornings sipping coffee on the back balcony, overlooking the property while listening to the birds! First class stay. »

« The inside of the house was very nice and clean on the main floor and upstairs. Very functional main house. There were some bugs crawling around the room and bathroom in the basement. The outside was a bit overgrown and could have used a good power washing. The dock was nice once you got down there. We had a couple issues when we got there and the communication was amazing and things were resolved quickly. »

« Loved the location surrounded by grapes and farmland. Very spacious. Awesome communication. And the price was perfect. Next time I’m in the area I would definitely check for availability. »

« This is our go to for our girls wine tasting weekends. It’s like our second home. We go right to our respective rooms to set up as soon as we get there. Beautiful combination of rustic and modern. The property is gorgeous and peaceful. Love sitting on porch with morning coffee to watch the sunrise and the wildlife. »

« It was the perfect cottage on the lake! We enjoyed our family time with all of the lake kayaks, canoe and paddle boat. The swing and double hammock really added to the atmosphere. We were able to unplug and enjoy nature at its finest- can’t wait to come back next year! »

« Thank you for a great stay! »

« Everything went smoothly. The house was unique and memorable. Plenty big enough for a large family. We really enjoyed the spacious outside areas. We would recommend this property. »

« Very good value, very clean. The little deck on the lake is great. A little tough to find, I suggest arriving in day light. »
