« This property's biggest asset are the views of the lake. The outside of the property is old, but not falling apart. Parking was only about 8 spaces out front and 6 handicap. It was full so we had to park farther away that I would have liked. The lobby definitely has a lodge feel, cozy and rustic. The staff sat and the computer, etc should be raised so I'm looking them in the eye. The room was pretty clean, but some noticeable stains in the bathroom and some floor tiles were loose. The balcony...

« I liked the view and the idea of s'mores by campfire. Property is very outdated. Furniture from 70's and worn out. Pool needs to be updated and tikihut looks ready to fall down. Amenities not open late enough and separate from property. Service at the restaurant was awful. Waited 30 minutes to be seated and it was empty. Waited 30 minutes more for drinks. Food was good though. »

« The resort is absolutely lovely. It has all of the amenities a family would want for a N. GA mountain trip. We really appreciated the extra efforts Christine (restaurant) and Emily (Brassie's) provided during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our family had things that were missing at no fault to the dining options. Christine also gave us really great tips on what we could do in the local areas. We were the only family there. There was a conference, which is apparently the...

« The hosts were nice. The rooms were clean and neat. The food was delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place and would definitely use them again. »

« This place was not new. It was clean and everything worked. What they provided was ample for our overnight stay. It would have been good (not luxurious) for much longer too. It was quiet and convenient. We will book again. »

« Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. »

« Views were amazing from the porch. The location is close to many activities in the Hiawassee area. Highly recommend staying here! »

« We had the most amazing stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The backyard was absolutely incredible the river is less than a 100-foot walk from the cabin and was one of our favorite parts of the trip. We spent time swimming, relaxing by the water, and enjoying the peaceful scenery every day.The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. What truly made the experience exceptional was...

« Great location - close to Hiawassee and Helen. Community is well kept and quiet. Pool access was not an issue and very clean. A small walk to the river. No easy access to swim or play in the river. The only negative that I would mention, there were a couple hairs on the bath towels. »

« This is definitely one of the best stays when visiting Helen,GA and surrounding areas. It was so clean and comfortable with beautiful, relaxing creek views. The property has all the amenities of home. It was just a short drive to all the places we wanted to go in Helen. Unfortunately, it was still way too hot out to use the fire pit in the first week of September. We still enjoyed our stay. »

« The view was very nice . »

« Beautiful place, beautiful views and very quiet. Totally enjoyed our stay. Two suggestions: Place the number of the house at the edge of the driveway and possibly place the box for trash on some sort of stand since the latches locking it were hard to reach and open for a senior. Thanks for a wonderful stay. »
