Amazing property, fully stocked. Very quiet and relaxing. Only negative is lack of lights in the back yard and lots of neighbors dogs loose around front and back yard. But truly enjoyed our time and loved the cabin.

Great property; beautiful and peaceful, and everything we needed. The kids loved the hot tub and the creek. If I had one complaint, it would be the 2 roosters on the adjoining property that crowed all day.

The house was nice. The accommodations were okay. House could use some general maintenance such as the back stairs. Little bit of mold in the garage. But as far as the house itself was nice, very clean.All accommodations were met vacasa is an amazing property manager .

#### Cute cabin rental
The cabin itself was fine, it was setup exactly as we need. however they could use some pest control. The hot tub would NOT heat. We googled it and fixed it once to have it do it again. Our kids spent hours waiting to use the hot tub because it was not warm. The grill in the listing has a sign not to be used. The communication isn’t great. They will send you 1000 emails and texts but when you need something they aren’t always quick to respond and it’s always a different person who didn’t seem to add notes so the next person doesn’t know half of what’s going on. It’s not secluded and although they don’t allow pets the neighbors dogs barked a lot!

#### Not Secluded and Not Peaceful
The cabin/house itself was fine. The downstairs shower is a bit small, but overall the house is nice. Mostly the issues are the surrounding environment. This house is NOT secluded. Do not rent this cabin thinking you will have privacy. I do not know if the other houses on the street are rentals or permanent residences, however, there were screaming children, barking dogs (is there a kennel down the road?), and an annoying rooster (light sleepers beware) on the property directly adjacent to this one. The hot tub cover is broken and not easily removed and replaced on the hot tub. Also, the hot tub is directly visible from the road. The ad stated there would be a gas grill on site. The only grill we found was a smoker that had a sign stating it was not for renters use. Don't advertise a grill if there isn't one, people plan their meals and groceries around what the ad says is available. Lastly, without warning, we had a Vacasa employee walk into the house to collect the garbage during our stay (no email, no text, or no phone call stating someone was coming, and the employee didn't even bother to knock on the door, they just walked in. On the positive side, the creek and firepit area are beautiful, it would have just been nicer without all of the issues previously stated.
