Make great memories at our Beautiful, Spacious, Newly Renovated River Front Mountain View Cabin. This END CABIN setting makes it very private. Relax in the step down hot tub on the huge porch & deck looking out to the river and mountain. Take a stroll down to the river and you will find bonfire pits with table and chairs. Listen to nature & water sounds. At night time roast marsh mellows and make smores or just relax. If you like to fish, grab your pole and catch the plentiful rainbow trout. During the hot days of summer, the kids will love tubing down the river or maybe cool off in the community swimming pool. This nearly 2000 sq ft spacious cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. If you like to cook, you'll love this kitchen! We have a big, beautiful knotty pine country kitchen, Corian counter tops, fully stocked for your convenience and stainless steel appliances. The family room has an18 foot knotty pine ceiling and a huge stone wood burning fire place. The dinning room is open with window views. From the front, there is a large laundry room with washer & dryer along with half bath. Off the family room is a master bedroom that offers a king bed, his & her closet, Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Upstairs there are 2 nice size bedrooms each with queen beds and amazing window views. The large upstairs balcony allows you to look down to the first floor and out the large window to the river and mountain. The upstairs bathroom is roomy and has a nice walk in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with T.V's. This cabin has all the comforts of home including Wi-Fi. Our private community & location is convenient, safe with year round access. It is just minutes from Lake Chatuge, boat rentals, skiing, water crafts, fishing, grocery stores, shopping stores, restaurants and a hospital. It is also close to HELEN, Brass Town Bald, Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Golf Courses, Spas, Appalachian Trail, Wineries, Water Falls, Zip Lining, Gem Mining, White Water Rafting and Scenic Mountain Driving.. If your desired dates are already taken, over the maximum occupancy, or just want your own space from family or friends, check out our other cabin in the same community. Very nice cabin, super clean and perfect for our family, the view from the porch was amazing and how close it is to the river for morning walks and afternoon S'mores was very appreciated. Communication with Mark was fast and very enjoyable, he was super helpful when we noticed our propane tank was empty and he replaced it within minutes. We'll definitely be back to this cabin!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

#### Perfect family getaway
The property was clean and cozy! We especially loved the creek and hot tub. We have stayed in these cabins twice now and will make this our preferred cabin oasis for all of our trips to Hiawassee. Plenty of space and lots of board games and puzzles as well!

My two sisters and I go on a trip every October. We chose to spend it in Hiawassee this year. The property was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. It was a lovely week and I would highly recommend this property.

#### Winter Relaxation
We thoroughly enjoyed our winter get away! The cabin was clean, nicely furnished, and was very warm. The river in the back with a mountain view was my definition of relaxation. And to top it off, late afternoon, with a fire in the firepit, was awesome. Topping the night off with a stress relieving hot tub soak, with the family before chilling out by the super hot fireplace. Really enjoyed and hope to be able to go back in the near future.

I brought my youngest son here to celebrate his 33rd birthday. The two of us had a great time! The cabin is very nice and clean. The location was perfect. Scenery was amazing. Communication with the owner was great as was entry into the cabin. No issue, just enjoyment and a much needed break!

We had a good stay. Owner is very responsive. Liked location. Nice cabin community. Hot tub was one of the best ones I’ve had at a cabin. Liked layout of the cabin. Nice and big rooms. Appliances work well Ice maker was not working. Had a sign on it. Would have been good to know so we could bring ice with us. Upstairs bathroom could use updated towels. They are small and worn out However, it was fine. My only real complaint is 2 of the mattresses are just not comfortable. They are very hard: the master and 1 upstairs.

#### Beautiful home but very close to busy highway
We stayed 4 nights for a family celebration. Wish the description had indicated it was immediately off a very busy highway. Lots of highway noise. The mattresses were all very hard making sleeping a challenge. However, we all enjoyed the other property amenities, especially our grandchildren. The walk to the river was nice and the wide porch was relaxing. Loved the large kitchen and open family room. Apparently the previous tenants took the towels home but the home owners responded quickly to our request for towels. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The master bath area is all open with walls but no doors. This was awkward especially if someone was in the bathtub or shower and you needed the toilet.

#### Beautiful River View
I always like to start with a positive. The house is nice and back yard to river absolutely beautiful. However, we didn’t realize the main road was right outside the front door. Traffic was loud and I was very cautious to keep my dog away from the front yard even on her leash. There is one comfortable bed out of 3 in this cabin. Two mattresses are very squeaky and worn out. The ice maker was broke, the dishwasher worked ever other cycle (soap dispenser would not open and release half the time), blue ray player didn’t work right or have a remote, and hot tub kept tripping the breaker so it wouldn’t stay on long enough to fully get hot. The cabin shares a fire pit with other cabins so if you don’t get there early, you don’t have a spot. The pool was cloudy and there are TWO lawn chairs provided in pool area that covers over 12 cabins. We were always sitting on the cement floor around pool. I’m not super picky but for the money we paid, I feel they can do better with their accommodations. The back porch, river view and property managers communication are the three biggest assets of this cabin. We did have a blast playing and fishing the river daily.

#### Cool Place to Stay near Hiawassee
We stayed here for 4 weeks in July and August. We had a great time and would highly recommend this home. Property - this is a community of about 10 homes, well spaced and maintained. There is a community pool we used a few times. Clean and cool. Behind the house is a meadow with paths mowed down to the Hiawassee River. Along the river were firepits and Adirondack chairs. Very peaceful. The house - the downstairs bedroom suite was huge with two walk-in closets, garden tub, shower and large vanity. Blackout curtains were nice for early sunrises. The living/dining/kitchen area is open. Lots of kitchen stuff to cook at home. The back porch has a hot tub and lots of seating. Upstairs are two more bedrooms with a large bathroom in between. There was also a half bath and washer/dryer on the first floor. We did a lot of exploring while we were here. Vogel State Park was 25 mins, Tallulah Gorge SP 45 mins, Duke Creek and High Shoals Falls trails 30 mins, Unicoi SP 30 mins and Appalachian Trail crosses route 17 about 15 mins away. Crane Creek and Hightower Creek wineries were close, beautiful and had music on the weekends. Also visited new winery Shooting Creek which was great. So many options from this convenient location. The owner was VERY responsive with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my family’s 4th time staying in this community. We just love the area so much! It was our first time at this cabin. Very clean, well stocked (thanks for so many towels!), hot tub is very nice. Perfect location as it’s close to hiking spots, short drive to Helen and in to Hiawassee. We can’t wait to come back!
