"Hotel checkin was great. I received glass of lineup on check in.And because our room was not ready.We were granted access to the pool area. We received upgraded rooms, which were fabulous.Even larger than the ones we booked with very nice outdoor shower bathtub and fire pit. The staff was very accommodative, and we felt well taken care of."
