Great staff and property grounds. Room had a leaking sink. The options of street parking was great. Parking fee ($15) per car was extremely reasonable. Wonderful shuttle to and from Downtown Sonoma.
The room was nice and the bed was ok, a little firm and lumpy.
The Venue out on the lawn was fun, and the little shop onsite was cute.
Olive and Hay was not good.
Nice facilities, nice rooms, really well taken care of, great location. My only gripe would be finding where you're staying is a little challenging as the property sprawls out a bit. Could use some more signage.
Outstanding! The rooms were perfect for a couple of girls sharing a bathroom. Plenty of counter space & mirrors. Love the dual sinks. Very spacious. Beautiful views. Outstanding amenities. I will stay here every time I’m in Napa going forward!!
Did my surprise proposal here and the Service was incredible! Everyone from the front desk clerk to the valet to the wedding and events coordinators were super accommodating and they even kept the secret from my fiance!Loved the wine tasting and the property and will surely be back!
First time at the Meritage and wouldn’t go anywhere else next time we’re in Napa. Everything was perfect for us and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.
You cannot get anyone to answer the phone, whether its reservations, front desk, concierge, or housekeeping. So if you need assistance with anything, good luck getting a hold of someone at this resort from your room.I also had the same problem when booking my reservation. I could not get a hold of reservations as they did not answer the phone and you get a voicemail and sit on hold forever. So I booked through expedia. At checkout I was not asked how my stay was or thanked......those days are gone I guess. But it is a very nice resort hotel. My room was fabulous and the vineyard and trail was amazing!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The property was fine and we had a good stay. Doesn’t have a ton of curb appeal being so close to an office park, and the rooms could use an update, but the facilities were nice and it’s affordable. We went for a concert and venue onsite was really great. All of the hotel staff were very friendly.
I wish the Front Desk had better communication. It was really difficult to get in touch with someone when we found used water bottles in our room and we had a dirty ice bucket that we were trying to get replaced (they never ended up bringing us a new one). I was also charged a $100 fee for bringing my pet (which is fine) but they brought a dog bed and bowl that I honestly didn’t use because they looked dirty.
Overall, I would visit again, but only if I was attending a concert, or needed a quick day trip / weekend getaway from SF to a hotel with a nice adults-only pool!
Loved our stay here, staff friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, good gym, lovely pool, restaurant annd food delicious. Only downside was prices of food and drinks. £10 for a 330ml can of lager in the deli was ridiculous.
