"The property was tucked away which I liked it was clean the staff were friendly and professional, they also had complimentary breakfast,,, there was a mishap with my extension that had all my things thrown away, 😔 disappointed about that but, the head of house keeping personally looked for and found almost all of my items, so in the end it all worked out."

"The gym is very tiny. It was very noisy. I called the front desk about a loud neighbor (they were up all night playing music with lots of bass) didn’t sleep a wink. I called 5 different times about it and twice said if they don’t call the police I will. They never did . They did however speak to the other rude guest and he didn’t give a care about anyone or anything. I feel like the police should’ve been called and they should’ve been removed for how disrespectful they were to the staff and everyone else trying to sleep. Like I said we didn’t get any sleep , we also had a child with us. It was very disappointing . There really should been three strikes you’re out ! The breakfast was a normal free breakfast. The other two nights there were a lot of late night activity (doors slamming) . Ill defiantly pick another area to stay next time."

"The cable was very old not any good channels. The furniture was a little old as well. It was clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was wonderful but they need to upgrade some of that furniture."

"Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. "
