"We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties, but this was one of the best. Unlike some other houses, this host has stocked many items for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Especially in the kitchen, there were numerous staples provided for those who forgot or were unprepared. Games and activities abound, both inside and out. The only frustration was with all the remotes to the TV. Never did figure out the Bose speakers so just used the TV speakers. But we rate this a 10-star home:-)."

"This property was so clean, the views out the windows were spectacular, and the water is right there! I greatly enjoyed the kayak and my dog just loved the privacy he had to play in the water. "Guest check in was very easy. Property owner was very responsive and offer information. The house was very beautiful and extremely comfortable. Had everything you need linen and kitchen wise. "The house was lovely. Easy check in. House was very clean. There was plenty of room for the entire family. The kids loved fishing off the pier. We could not keep them out of the two kayaks that were provided. Evenings at the fire pit were great. My younger grandkids loved all the toys and games that were downstairs. Pretty cool property!
"We stayed here during a visit to the historic triangle, Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown with our two daughters and two dogs. Maybe we didn't read it right, but we unexpectedly. We're thrilled to find a fence in yard. The dock was nice for fishing and while we didn't use the boats, it's nice that they were there as well. The house was clean and plenty big for all of us. It's about 40 minutes to Williamsburg and a little further to Busch gardens but we were able to have all the amenities of a riverfront property and not be too far from all those attractions. A+"
