"The property was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. We had a bit of trouble finding the driveway as it was located in an alleyway -- I was glad we weren't trying to find the turn in the dark. For some reason, there was no hot water. The best we were able to get for dishes and showers was lukewarm. "My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights in the Hills. The accommodations were perfect for us. Site seeing by day and enjoying the hot tub and star gazing in the evenings. Jim was an excellent host and was there to greet us when we arrived. The tiny house was cozy, clean and fully equipped for our stay. The location just above Hill City was perfect spot to get to all the areas of the Black Hills. We would definitely return. "
