"Unfortunately, they were down to 1 elevator due to repairs on other, which made leaving for our cruise more difficult. The bathroom is super tight and they didn't supply wash clothes or hand towels. It is in a great location, and staff seems good, just not exactly where I would recommend. "

"When I arrived at the hotel at approximately 9:00 PM, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled by the manager and that no room was available for me. When I originally made the reservation, I specifically selected the option to pay at the property upon arrival. However, I was told that the manager canceled my reservation the day before my arrival because the hotel was unable to charge my credit card two days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Since my reservation clearly indicated that payment would be made at the property, this cancellation was unexpected and left me in a very difficult situation. As a result, I arrived at the hotel only to find that I no longer had a room and was forced to search for alternative accommodations late at night. "
