As you pass through the comfortable livingroom, by the adjoining the gourmet California kitchen, out onto spacious covered porch with an amazing ocean views, leap into the sparkling salt pool! Listen to the waves break on the Ostianal Beach where thousands of sea turtles return to lay their egg. This beautiful home which offers relaxed elegance, privacy and tranquility. Float in the blue water of the private pool while the monkeys and birds fill the air with the sounds and sights of the 300-acre tropical forest biological reserve that protects the Rosario River watershed. Take walks through the forest on quiet dirt roads and see pisotes, howler monkeys, igunas, and tropical birds. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset views with a glass of wine or settle in with your morning coffee on the porch of this spacious Mediterranean-style villa. Located within the gated Reserva Biologico Community of Finca Los Sueños. Casa Tara is a 10 minute drive from the magical beach of Ostianal, one of three beaches in the world where the Ridley turtles come to lay their eggs. Also a 10 minute drive to the quaint fishing village of San Juanillo, (rated by Conde Nast travelers as 10 most beautiful beaches worldwide) with a harbor for safe swimming and snorkeling, and the ocean side with spectacular crashing waves, little restaurants, fabulous sunsets and a small Saturday farmer's market for organic produce. 25 minutes to the South is the famouse Playa Guiones surf break and 25 minutes to the North is our favorite beach Marbella, wide long beach great for surfing or boogie boarding and lovely Tiki Bar. Car highly recommended to else a local driver may be referred but cash only and for a hefty price. Views are amazing around here and 10-30 minutes away from a super market or civilization. The tropical flora, animal sounds, sunsets and view of the ocean in the distance were beautiful! Watching the howler monkeys play in the trees were a delight. The swimming pool was also very refreshing. Kesh was quick to respond with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the neighboring restaurants of Luna Azul (breakfast and supper) and Cocobolo. The two beaches we enjoyed were Marabella and San Juanillio. The tiki bar at Marabella beach was a great setting! Our adult children loved boogie boarding in the waves during high tide and playing frisbee on the expansive beach during low tide. We also enjoyed the beach in San Juanillio, especially at low tide looking in the tide pools for sea life. A written explanation would be nice to have when using the TV. ##### george b. Our family of 5 adults spent almost 7 days enjoying the quiet and relaxing house with a beautiful chlorine free pool and a wonderfully open porch with views to the ocean. .We cooked most meals there and the kitchen had everythin g we needed.We drive an electric car and could plug in there and charge overnight which was a huge plus. ##### Teresa O.
