The bedrooms and furnishings were new and comfortable and well appointed as we had no needs overlooked. We were here for the 4th of July weekend, but it would be equally as nice in the fall/winter when the weather cools off a bit. They knew we were bringing a boat and didn’t tell us we couldn’t park the boat trailer at the house until the day before we left. Had we known, we would not have rented the home. The property manager communications were inaccurate on occasion, and curt. While some aspects of the house were nice, others were unacceptable and had we known we would have passed on renting it. The beds were hard as a rock and when bugs started crawling on my niece in the dining room, we felt forced to leave early. When we reached out to the property manager for a partial refund, crickets……. We didn’t even get a curt “no!” ##### Rick G.
