The one request we would make for the stay to be perfect would be an option for an off-the-menu breakfast or at least the ability to get cooked-to-order eggs. "Had a such horrible experience for the last stay in Rome. I booked this hotel via Hotel.com. And there has a highlight showed for Free Shuttle bus to the airport which attracted me. When I checked out in this morning, the staff in front desk told me I owe them €20 for shuttle bus. €8 for each way and another €4 for city tax. And I tried to show them the website’s highlights for FREE SHUTTLE BUS. And the bold guy in front desk told me it’s not free, it’s just free for your experience??? And also because I booked via Hotel.com which is not their business!! But ended up they said is their technical issues which I have to pay for it!! Excuse me??? Have you heard yourself??? "
