« Bel hôtel, bien situé. Le valet parking est un plus. Chambre spacieuse. J’avais réservé pour 4, je m’attendais à avoir tout le nécessaire pour 4 personnes mais il fallait faire la demande à chaque fois. Si bien le restaurant est pratique pour le déjeuner, je trouve qu’il manquait de variété. »

"Bel hôtel bien rénové, bon repas, point faible c’est plus difficile d’avoir accès aux restaurants à la carte. Il faut faire la file 45 minutes minimum avant l’ouverture et ensuite c’est complet même s’il reste des tables de libres. J’avais déjà voyagé à ce Riu et les restaurants étaient toujours très facilement accessibles. C’est le gros négatif. Deuxième point, la piscine adulte nos costumes de bains ont de décolorés et pas un petit peu. Nous sommes pourtant restés seulement une heure environ chaque fois. Résultat 2 maillots de qualité (La vie en rose) à jeter. "

"L'hôtel est bien correct. Moyen mais les chambres sont propres. Les buffets ne valent pas du tout le prix, donc je vous conseille de manger ailleurs. Sur Expedia, on précise qu'il y a un service pour laver le linge mais ce n'est pas le cas. Nous passions quelques jours en visitant de la famille. Acapulco s'est relevé de l'Ouragan de 2024\. Ça m'a rendu heureuse. Au Copacabana, la piscine était trop pleine pour nager, mais ça veut juste dire qu'elle est bien populaire. C'est sûr qu'au moins d'août la mer est chaude comme un bain tourbillon et les vagues sont souvent très fortes, mais c'est normal. Bien correct, mais sans plus."
