"We had 14 folks with 9 kids 18. The house was beautiful and very spacious, with a completely renovated interior—including brand new furniture, appliances, and more. Kids loved the place and the game room upstairs when it was raining. We did experience a bunch of water in the back house due to the leaking around air conditioner, but the property owner arrived within an hour to address it. Both the owner and the agent were incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. We especially loved the backyard, which featured a swim spa, fire pit, and mini golf. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the rooftop deck had such beautiful views. We’d definitely recommend this place for your next stay! "

"11 of us headed down to Anne Marie island and got to stay at this great house. Really awesome location right across the street of Cortez beach. House has all the amenities you need for a good time. Lots to do in the area. Walk to several tiki bars and good restaurants. Rent a golf cart for the week thats all you need to get around. We hung out at the beach. In the evenings we hung out in the pool, cooked at the house, played cards and just enjoyed our time together. "
"Stunning ocean views, multiple lookouts, roomy, comfortable and even looks better in person. Arrived to very clean home and necessities available and even beach towels and chairs. Walking distance to the best shopping and amenities on the island. Definitely recommend. Place backs up to the main road that goes down the island, but that’s what you get to be prime beach front and is worth it. If light traffic bothers you bring a white noise machine. We loved the place. "
"We chose this property for the beach house vibe. We were not disappointed. There’s a big wrap around porch. Big living room for family game nights. It’s about a 2 min walk to the beach (if you walk slow). You can walk less than 1/2 mile to amazing restaurants and shopping. It’s not overly crowded where this house is, so the beach isn’t crowded either. And the property managers were excellent communicators and promptly answered any questions we had. And ahhh, those sunsets over the Gulf of America are stunning."
