"We had an unforgettable stay at the Blue House on Anna Maria Island! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The house was incredibly well-equipped—the kitchen had everything we needed, and the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and welcoming. But the real highlight? The pool! Our kids (5 and 8) spent hours splashing around, and it was the perfect way to relax after beach time.The location couldn’t be better—amazing tacos and pizza just across the street, which made dinners easy and delicious. And the walks to the beach? Absolutely hilarious and full of energy with our two little boys leading the charge. It was such a joy watching them experience the island life.A special thank you to our host. I accidentally left behind a cup from a trip years ago that holds a lot of sentimental value, and not only did he find it, he shipped it back to me. That gesture meant so, so much. You don’t come across that kind of kindness often.We truly can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s not just a vacation rental—it’s a memory-maker. We’ll definitely be back!"

"- check in and departure was easy. Did have an issue with the electronic lock not unlocking for us on the first day, but Ashley let us in and it worked fine the rest of the visit. - great location about 100 yards to the beach and short walk to restaurants and shops. - nice pool and cabana/bar in back of the house. - well equipped with beach equipment (towels, sturdy beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and cooler and a trolley to pull it all in. "

Even better than the pictures. The vibe is luxurious but uncluttered, casual, comfortable elegance. Great views; best location on the island. The hosts are kind, attentive and easy-going. "We stayed at Rum Cove with our adult children and infant grandson. The house came equipped with a pack n play and a crib. Every imaginable small appliance is there for your use. Three washer and dryers, all very new. Two refrigerators plus small refrigerator in outside bar area and upstairs in den. Located right off of Pine Street so it’s close to shops and restaurants. The rental includes a nice 6 passenger golf cart. Only a couple blocks from beach, within walking distance. The pool/patio is perfect for families to hang out at. Even a retractable awning for rainy weather. Property manager and owner are super responsive to any questions or concerns, both prior to stay and during our stay. This is our second stay at this property and we will be back again!"

"After battling pancreatic cancer this past year, I was looking forward to this vacation with my family. We enjoyed every area of the property. My favorite was the front porch, my daughter loved the swing and my grandboys loved the pool. The only thing negative I would say is that I would get rid of 2 of the chairs that have dry rotted that is out by the pool. I worry they may be a liability. We are already looking forward to next year!!"
