"We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and spacious and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Anna Maria Island - walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had no issues during stay, but I would suggest guests to first get an inventory of what the house provides and doesn't provide before going to the grocery store. We had our grocery order delivered upon arrival and I had previously asked the host what type of coffee maker they had and I was told only a drip coffee machine, no Keurig, so we didn't order any Keurig pods but then when we arrived there was a Keurig machine, and we also wished we had a few random kitchen items like Ziplock bags and aluminum foil, especially with a grill provided, for taking food to the beach and on a boat excursion. Overall we had a very nice stay and I'd recommend this property!"

"This is a darling property. We have rented 3 single family homes, with pools, thru the years in Anna Maria Island. This time we traveled with no extra relatives, but still wanted to bring our small dog. The backyard is very big with a tall, tight to the ground fence. The best location on the North End of the Island. Close to the beach, The Porch Restaurant, The Waterfront Restaurant and various shops and Pine Ave. À great price to stay in a pristine, comfortable home. Good mattresses and new living room furniture."

"The location and ease of this place made it somewhere we’d stay again. There are weddings next door so just be aware music will play pretty loud till 10pm. We made the most of it with drinks in the screened in patio and driveway dancing."

"The host company was great, proactively communicated several times, rental was ready about 30 minutes early, and it was clean. The location is walking distance from roughly 10 restaurants, multiple shops, a small grocery store, and most importantly... the beach. There was a beach wagon and two beach chairs available for us when we stayed as well. Not sure if they came with the unit or were left by prior guests, but they were an excellent surprise. The pool and hot tub were excellent and clean. Pro tip: read the book in the unit to understand how the pool heat system works. Basically push the spa button the wall and it only heats, hot. When that is off the heater warms both the pool and spa. The unit has all the basic needs and a good fridge with ice maker. It would be helpful if they supplied a few garbage bags versus the one you start with as we scrambled at departure at 6am to get all the garbage packaged up. The washer and dryer both worked fine. The dryer was pretty noise though. On two of the listing pictures, is lists the Master bedroom as a King, it is definitely not a king. The bed listings lower on VRBO listing show it as a queen, that is accurate. Great location and we'd definitely go back."

"We have stayed down in Siesta Key and visited Anna Maria in the past. This year we decided to book a stay on AMI. We loved this property. It was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It was spacious and offered plenty of privacy while being in the heart of all the island has to offer. The cottage was well appointed and the communication was excellent throughout our stay. It was the perfect couples getaway for me and my husband, and would certainly book this property again. "

"Beautiful property, with an oasis-like back deck and pool on the canal. Super clean. Everything is updated and the house is well-equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, beach gear, plus dishwasher and laundry soap, etc. We were traveling with an infant and wanted easy access to the beach and town amenities, and the location could not have been better! The owners were great to work with. Nothing broke or went wrong, but if it had I was confident they'd reply immediately!"

"Fantastic Villa. Incredible location right on the beach with incredible views. The villa itself was in amazing condition with great facilities and beautifully furnished. We (family of 6) had a great vacation there and Nicole (owner) was incredibly attentive and happy to help whenever. Will be returning very soon !!!"
