"We came to check out the Timberline and Canaan Valley ski resorts. Our cabin was a short drive to both and offered a quiet, private place to stay. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and the fireplace was very appreciated after a day on the slopes. We had one small issue with a broken shower curtain rod. The owner was very responsive and had it fixed the next day while we were out. I highly recommend this cabin."

"We loved staying here! It is located at the beginning of the Spruce Knob Forestry road, which provided easy access to the Spruce Knob and Spruce Creek back country. It rained a lot while we were there, so we were not able to enjoy using the fire pit or grill, which were setup in the woods. When staying here, be prepared for a tiny bathroom under the steps, and no air conditioning upstairs. The fans they provided cooled the bedroom off at night, so it was okay.
