Twelve 16-year-olds and two adults fit comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The house is incredibly cozy and full of charm -you can truly feel all the wonderful memories that have been made here over the years. The location is unbeatable: an easy three-minute walk. We loved the fire and the hot tub. The house was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up. Location was the best part...easy access to Dolly Sods hiking, which was on our agenda for this trip; we saw a couple of amazing beaver dams while hiking. The house is also super close to the Timberline ski slopes. It wasn’t ski season during our visit, but being so close to the lifts makes us want to come back once the snow starts falling.
