Raised two-level tiny house built on innovative Diamond Foundation Piers that emulate tree roots and provide a covered outdoor living space underneath. First floor includes a pass-through bar, convection/air fryer and induction cooktop, concrete countertops with live edge shelving, retro style refrigerator and vintage enamel dining table. Full size tiled bathroom with walk-in rain shower, radiant heat flooring, minimalist toilet, concrete floors and live edge sink. Hair dryer included. Living space includes flip-out sofa bed, A/C, reading nook, pallet wood fireplace/TV wall, and a small closet. Loft area (note: steep tiny house style stairs,made for active individuals) includes a queen size bed made from vintage wood and industrial style casters, lockers for storage, window bench, workout gear, small industrial style desk and access to the top floor deck. I took a 3 day motorcycle trip to the VRBO and the views on the way were amazing. Got into town and loaded up on some groceries and settled into the small beautiful industrial home. This property is my dream home. Edison bulbs, beautiful balcony, fire pit, windows that open for a breakfast bar, etc. it’s simply amazing. Neighbors are friendly and I didn’t feel uncomfortable leaving my motorcycle out front the house. The views, trails and peace and quiet are nothing short of amazing. I plan on coming back to this property in the winter.The property management company was so easy to work with, polite and very responsive. As for the cleanliness, place was spotless when I entered. My husband and I came up with our 3 mo daughter for a last minute ski trip and had such a wonderful stay in this adorable tiny house. The house didn’t feel tiny at all and was very well decorated and laid out. It is walkable to town, but felt very private! Bonus, there is a fenced in back yard for your furry friends! Although we found the house to be a perfect fit, I will say the stairs up to the loft are very steep and narrow, so I wouldn’t recommend for an elderly couple or young toddlers, but otherwise it’s terrific! So many small details to discover, both inside and out. The location was central to many attractions. The home gives the impression of more size, but the living space is fairly small. The location is great, and the area is very quiet. The property was as-listed, no surprises: clean, new, easy to walk to downtown Davis...reality matched the pictures. We brought our dog and she loved it too, it worked well with the fenced-in yard. Only thing to note (not a detractor): the stairs to the up-top bedroom are STEEP. Our dog couldn't navigate (she's a young lab), so we used the pull-out couch. Manageable for any reasonably active person but just an FYI if you’re bringing a dog and you have them sleeping upstairs with you, you may need to spot them going down/up since the stairs are very tall and very steep. The backyard is fenced in which is amazing if you have a dog that loves fetch like mine. Some (very small) drawbacks - The TV has very limited channels and the wifi and service in general is very spotty, so be prepared to be fully out of range or have very little access to internet for your stay. The town of Davis is walking distance which is very nice and the town of Thomas is 5-10 min to the north with I highly recommend you check out as well. ##### Josh S. We came there to hike. perfect location! area quiet and towns quaint. The Kitchen was very nice but I only need microwave and coffee maker. we didn't use the outside areas much as we were only there for short periods during the day. The bathroom is amazing! The upstairs was very nice and we loved the balcony. getting there is an issue. The problem for us was the living space. We were there in the fall. It's cold. We needed inside seating. It appears to have that however the chair provided was nice to look at but so uncomfortable it could only be sat in for short periods. The Futon had the same issue so essentially when we were there the seating was basically non existent. The steps are so steep and i am short I could not get up them even with the side steps.These are very unsafe during the night. slept on the futon which was essentially a thick board with an egg-crate. After 2 nights It had become unmanageable. despite planning for a rain day with wine and cheese that could not happen as there was no place to sit so we ended up leaving a day early to avoid another miserable night. The light in some areas didn't work and the information regarding check out was wrong. I called the number provided and was told someone would get back to us but we never heard anything. To check out put linen in washer and dishes in dishwasher but this unit has neither of these things. The book in the unit should be accurate and not generic. ##### Donna S. The steps to the 3rd floor were a bit more difficult than we thought they would be. The pictures do not show a true size for any shot. The inside was clean, but out back, there was some overgrowth around thr glider. Definitely a cooler temp place as the AC would never cool the top floor in the heat. At night, we just opened up everything to cool it down, and being Fall, that worked well.We did enjoy the visit. I was very quiet and relaxing. ##### Mark W.
