"House was very nice, with excellent views. The lake was beautiful and teaming with fish and geese. Hardwood floors were a bit dirty on the main floor, but everything else was clean. Owner was very responsive when contacted, and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. I think it was the best house on the lake! "The property was perfect for our short weekend stay. The view lived up to the previous reviews. It snowed during our stay which added to the beauty. The cabin and the process of confirming it was easy and convenient. The cabin had the basic kitchen needs and also some games to play with the kids. If I had to suggest anything it would be to add directions for the fire place remote. It was not pairing with the fireplace, but someone from the main office came over quickly to fix it. "This property is full of character. Everything we needed was available for cooking, showering, bonfire....We had room to spread out and have some privacy. The location was great for Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob, Dolly Sods, Blackwater Falls and two caverns. We had a blast!"
