The gentleman who checked me in was nice and polite, and when I asked for a late check out, he said no problem and said I had to check out by 2pm. This was perfect. However at 8:30AM, the phone rings and this shrill woman says we must vacate by 1pm. First off, thanks for waking up the whole family at 8:30am. Second, it’s not our fault the first staff member gave us a late check out. If she had simply called at a DECENT TIME and politely explained everything, this would have been fine. She was rude and unprofessional. I am unsure why she is in the hospitality business.
