The trails on and around this location were excellent.
The staff were so nice and helpful. Our lodging was great and the food for dinner and breakfast was well prepared and delicious! We had the roast chicken for dinner, yum.
The park was beautiful, the mountains were beautiful, the hike was great, lots to do and everything was within walking or driving distance. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice and the view of the mountains from the restaurant was amazing! Would definitely recommend going there!
Loved staying here. The rooms are nice for being around 30+ years old and while the walls are thin (and you can definitely hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing) it was still a great time and the views were fantastic.
Dinner and lunch (while super expensive) were delicious and worth the money.
Loved everything about this place except negotiating the crazy mountain curves to get there on Skyland Drive. We were also in clouds/fog most of the time due to the high elevation, so those tremendously beautiful mountain views weren’t as visible
A great, convenient stop inside the park along the Skyline Drive. Friendly staff. WiFi available at reception and dining area, but spotty elsewhere. Stayed in a premium room (includes a fridge), which had a lovely view. There is a gift-shop, restaurant/dining hall and grab-n-go for snack and food options. Several trails are accessed from the resort too. Overall, a good stay.
