We had neighbors that were very sketchy and room service only came once per week. Room service kept forgetting to give us blankets and towels. But I would say Sandy made it a lot better. "

The phone number listed on the reservation went straight to voicemail without a call back ever. I spent nearly 2 hours teying to figure out what I needed to do to check in, then calling Orbitz customer support and talkking with a rep and a supervisor and then finding another place to stay at the last minute.
