Granite, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, laundry with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Charm of a wood burning fireplace, private use of a saltwater spa, charcoal grill, private patio with firepit and much, much more. Private entrance, offstreet parking in a high end Jo neighborhood that is beatiful, safe and convenient. Close to the Airforce Academy, Garden of the Gods and I-25\. We have a wonderful long term tenant upstairs and my wife and I live next door. . Our recent remodel included ceiling insulation and double sheetrock ceilings, so noise is not an issue. We are very laid back, but we do not allow smoking or drugs. We cater to couples, business travelers and families. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. We arrived to a deer waiting at the welcome sign and visits daily from our woodland friends. The unit was in pristine condition. Beds were clean and comfortable. (It did take a minute to realize there was an on/off button on the back of the Keurig - haha)Outside the hot tub was a nightly hit and the lovely chair and fireplace area a great place to unwind. Our hosts were so kind, easy to reach and helpful. The unit was very quiet - no noise from upstairs at all. We hope to come back! We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The whole back of the property is so neat. I was worried when it said basement apartment, but it’s just the bottom of a split level with plenty of light.
