"Light sleeper here. It was quiet u tol exactly when I wanted to go sleep. 11:30pm then the room under us blasted some planet earth orca noise something! Didn't sleep well here. Not recommended for light sleepers. Could be cleaner in the bathrooms most hotels struggle with pink mold slime in the shower and bathtub areas."

"Room was large (1BR suite) and clean, decent kitchenette. Soaking tub was in BR which was weird. Ice machine broken on 1st floor and had to go to 3rd floor for ice but not a huge deal. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff very nice. Exterior of bldg looks a bit run-down. Ample parking. Location perfect for our needs with stores and restaurants within 5-10 min away. A couple blocks from light rail into the city. Would stay again."

"This hotel wasn’t bad. It was average. Inverness is a beautiful area, so the surrounding area outside is fabulous. The hotel itself is older, dingy, and not updated. Carpets were frayed, stained, and dirty, the finish in the bathtub in my room was coming off. Little things like that. My room is lovely, clean, towels smelled fresh and clean, sheets were fresh and clean. Overall things appeared clean, neat, and tidy. The pictures on Expedia definitely don’t depict what’s real. The outside common area was dirty, and it smelled like cigarettes and pot, which is not pleasant, so I wasn’t able to sit outside like I wanted to! It’s interesting because parking is out around the back, and there’s not really an easy way to get into the front from the parking lot! I thought that was interesting. The staff was friendly and pleasant, that was nice. It was nice to have a restaurant on site, I ordered the hamburger with fries and the firecracker shrimp, both were good! I would give it a 7 1/half out of 10. For the food. For the price, everything was great! I would recommend to any traveler that wants to stay in a decent hotel, in a great area, but is looking to save a little money."

"I got in late from the airport and called the desk as the listing says check in is not available after midnight. The poor front desk worker was obviously overworked and having a terrible night. I ended up being able to to check in, but I was really concerned about the front desk worker after my in-person and phone interactions. I hope they ensure there are more staff on at night because it was busy and he seemed to need backup. In my room, the mattress was pulled a bit away from the headboard and there were lots of hairs and such on the bedskirt against the headboard. The rest of the room seemed clean, but I could tell the bedskirt is rarely changed which was gross considering how many people stay in the rooms. I was also warned by the front desk that there had been plumbing work done recently and some of the rooms had had the hot and cold water switched. Mine did have that problem, and the water didn’t get beyond lukewarm. After travel and it being late, I didn’t really care and just dealt with it to get cleaned up. At check in, was told the continental was from 7-10. I got down at 8, and it turns out week day breakfast is from 5-8. They had already cleaned up most of it. I managed to grab two pieces of toast and a tiny bowl of cereal. I had to grab milk from the cart they were using to clean it all up. I have no idea why a hotel at an airport with many commuters coming through wouldn’t have a breakfast that lasts until at least 9/9:30 am. Won’t stay here again."

"They lost my reservation and gave our room away. After spending an hour at the check in desk, I was offered to have my whole stay comped. I got home and saw two charges on my credit card for $300+ and $500+ after staying in a standard room. I’ve called twice and can’t get a manager to remedy the issue because the front desk clerk says she doesn’t know the manager’s number and not allowed to tell me her name. Do not stay here! Three other families had issues with their check in for the one hour I was there."
