"The hotel was very clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. The food was excellent, with a great choice. The staff were amazing, they were helpful, professional and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the Manager couldn't have been more kind, they made you feel at home. Fabulous place to stay"

The lady on reception was fantastic and upgraded us to a super king size bedroom after me explaining I go for surgery Monday and it was a break before then so she tried to make us more comfortable. "Everything was great! The staff, the food, the ambience of the hotel, all of it was awesome."

"The bed was rock hard, so if you need to sleep on something VERY firm, you’ll like that. Also, the hot water button for my shower kept popping back up, resulting in spurts of cold water while showering, which was just annoying. Great water pressure though. Staff were warm and helpful. The location is very central to a lot of the sights."
