Always good staying here. Towels, shampoo and soap all provided. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Well stocked bar. Staff generally leave you be, but always plenty around. You'll do well staying here.

Hotel is situated in a historic neighborhood; interesting place to walk around. Room was lovely and provided everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent bar and restaurant offerings. Bedding and linens were high quality. However, the mattress was hard and irregular, very uncomfortable. Breakfast was relaxing and check out was easy. Would visit again.

Excellent little hotel. Bar is big with good selection of drinks, food was pretty good too. One star off for the inedible sausages at breakfast though

Great Stay.

A very enjoyable 2 night stay in very comfortable twin- bedded room. Food and standard of presentation first class. Fish pie - to die for! Staff very helpful. Only downside was our mobility problem in ascending stairs to our 2nd floor room.

A fuss-free stay

Great location and service. Check in and check out was quick, friendly and efficient. I ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and quality of both was above average, and I was served promptly and with care at both meals. Overall, the room furnishings could do with a bit of an upgrade/modernisation but overall a good stay for the price.

It's always good here. The food will cheer you up, even if you've had a really bad day. Top Restaurant. Top breakfast. Shower. Towels provided. Tea, coffee, water provided. Staff great. Bar great. It's convenient for me for what I need to do. Sure I'll be back at some point.
