"Great hotel."

"The shower soap dispenser was empty, the shower door constructed so that the only door that opened was not near shower control, therefore scalding or freezing me when i had to step in to turn them on. Towels were as rough as sandpaper, there was no fan in the bathroom for odors or steam. That all being said, the bedroom was clean, the bed comfy and the breakfast was good and convenient."

"Loved the room that opened up to the pool, pool is a little smaller than I had thought but still enjoyable. Breakfast was great."

"The were amazing! So helpful and kind. They helped quickly when a group of baseball kids were in town and kept playing and running by my room. They understood and without hesitation changed my room. My tea/coffee pot wasn't working and they quickly got me a new one. They answered all of my questions with kindness and care. I did not get the in hotel food, but it looked and smelled great. Many restaruants around the area. Don't listen to anyone who says that Buffalo employees are not kind. They were the best I've had in the past decade!"

"The hotel is rundown and dirty. When we checked in, we were give a room with an unmade bed, a TV still on, and trash on the dresser. I complained and was given a different room, which had been cleaned, but the heater didn't work and the second lock on the door was broken. The beds were really hard and the pillows were too thin. We spent a cold, uncomfortable night. Never again. Not at all worth the low price and proximity to the airport. Avoid!"

"Lights didn’t work in the room. The room had a strong cigarette smell and even to the bedsheets. Bath tub didn’t look clean to even take a shower."

"I can only rate this hotel a 10 of a 10. The property is immaculate and located in the heart of downtown Buffalo minutes walk to great bars and restaurants. The hotel offers complementary transportation for free to any restaurant you would like to go which was great. The rooms are sparkling clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff is phenomenal, friendly and very helpful! Shout out to the front desk, the shuttle guy and last but not least to the gentleman at the breakfast area. The breakfast was delicious with everything very fresh. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone. "

"It was a nice hotel but the hot springs was closed. That was the entire reason for our visit. It was closed three days before our arrival I feel like we should have been notified by Expedia or the hotel since it was a planned closure. Disappointed in the response from the hotel and Expedia. I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel."

"Was a very nice place, the bed was comfortable and it was great to have a separate area from the bed that also had a tv. There is no parking at the hotel itself. On the weekend one of the streets has free parking if you can find a spot. As for the weekdays you would have to park in a parking garage. "
