If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet\`s hair from the property. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don\`t do it. 5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock. 6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center. 7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. Pictures are not accurate. There is no grass or green space for pets and additional fees are charged for pets not disclosed in the property details of this rental.2\. There is construction beginning at 7am each morning including Saturdays that shakes this three story home and the noise is too loud.3\. There is no parking/free parking. There is paid street or garage parking averaging 20 per day.4\. The info they send about the property is in an antiquated google doc that the renters do not share until hours before arrival.5\.
