We booked a Superior Room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teenage children), yet to find the room only had a queen bed and a single bed. We asked how this room was meant for 4 people with these 2 beds, the staff had no answer, apology or recommendation for bringing a cot or alternative for their error. "Stayed here for 3 nights. I got the VIP room with the massage chair. It was heaven after a long day of exploring Seoul! I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. The location was okay, it had a very local vibe but the station was not good for big luggage due to the stairs in the station. I couldn't find the station elevator when I arrived.
