"We ordered a non-smoking room, but it smelled like an ashtray when we entered it. The staff got us switched without fuss to another room that didn’t smell when we requested a change. Besides that, everything was what we expected for the price. We got a bed to sleep in and a hot shower for just about as cheap as possible."

"I booked a water front cottage but there were none left when I arrived at 8:30pm and they did not compensate me for getting a lesser cottage. They ran out of s’more sticks too. I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience except for a missing hair dryer. I’ll try again maybe."

"The staff I dealt with was excellent. The young woman that checked me in was beyond excellent. I had some hiccups in my reservations, but she went over and beyond to help me. I had a son who was recovering from open-heart surgery at Cleveland clinic and the compassion shown by the young lady at extreme time stress was beyond anything that I have dealt with in a long time. It’s these kind of people that I feel like it is tipped strongly or giving very big pay pay increases they are such assets to hotel, such as such as this."

"Really nice hotel. The staff was extra nice. Excellent breakfast and perfect shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic. The night manager coached me with great patience and in detail how to take the bus/train to the airport from a stop right in front of the hotel. Cost $5 and faster (especially during rush hour) then a $55 taxi ride."
